Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the terms below:
1. Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, exactly as they were delivered. Items that are damaged, used, or not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the item does not meet these requirements.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any tracking or insurance fees. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. International Returns
We currently do not accept international returns.
5. Return Authorization
Please contact our customer support team before returning any item to receive detailed return instructions and authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
